Do you do layaways?

Yes, we do. If you'd like to order a jewelry piece from us and pay in installments, please contact us to discuss a payment plan.

What is your turnaround?

Our production time for most rings is about 6-7 weeks. If you need it sooner, please let us know and I'll check whether our work schedule allows to expedite your order. Items marked as "Ready to Ship" in our etsy store are mailed within 2 business days.

Do you do custom designs?

Yes, sometimes. Let us know what you have in mind and we'll see if it is something we could make for you. We are always open to customization or minor changes to our existing pieces such as using different gemstones or metal combination.

Do you do personal engravings?

No, we do not offer ring inscriptions - we do not specialize in letter engraving. Besides, we would like our customers to receive the purchased piece and make sure they are completely happy with it before customizing it with a personal message. After that, the engraving could be done locally.

How to get the right ring size?

To get the size right you can get your size measured at a local jewelry store. Or, you can order a reusable plastic ring sizer. For international orders, we use this ring size conversion chart to get the accurate measurements.

Do you do jewelry repair?
